Desktop Support Specialist

Must be proficient and experienced in deploying, configuring, and maintaining Windows 7,8 & 10 and non-Windows devices and technologies
Should understand Active Directory
Should have performed user management and rights management
Should have experience on working with patch management solutions (WSUS / SCCM / In-Tune)
Sound experience on Anti-Virus configuration and monitoring
Excellent knowledge of Office 365 applications
Working on productivity suites and Desktop application
Working knowledge of Active Directory knowledge and usage
Handling Outlook and Mailbox related issues
Basic knowledge on Switch, Router and Firewall functionalities
Should have knowledge of network and local printer
